Golden Pinecone Nomination

Golden Pinecones are awarded to individuals and organizations for general environmental excellence and for efforts to protect our region’s environment.  The awards will be presented at the 22nd Annual Pinecone Ball in the fall.

Nominate your candidates by filling out the form below. Once you click submit you will be given instructions for submitting supplemental information and attachments.  Please limit documentation to 2 pages.  Previous winners are not eligible but updated resubmissions are encouraged. You may submit nominations for one or more categories.  Categories include:
•    Individual
•    Non-Profit Organization or Federal/State Agency
•    Business
•    Public Figure/Servant(elected or appointed official)
•    Agency Representative(staff person)

The selection committee will consist of Nevada EcoNet board and advisory committee members, and past recipients of Golden Pinecone awards. Nominations must be received by September 14, 2009. Please call Nevada EcoNet at (775) 323-3433 for details.
